We're so proud of our products and we WANT you to be happy. We guarantee you'll be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If it's not right for you for any reason, within 60 days, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund.

Before buying our products or services or requesting a refund, please make note the following:

Hypnosis is NOT a quick fix. It does however work faster than trying to resolve issues with just your conscious mind, which can take years.

So, we ask that you please give our programs the necessary 30 Days of consistent DAILY listening

Do NOT fall asleep during your session.

In the event that you do have issues with our products, please note that due to the therapeutic nature of hypnosis, we will try and work with you to help you get the best results.

Return Policy on Downloads

Due to the fact that there is no way for you to "return" an MP3, our refund policy is slightly different on these programs. We are willing to return 50% of the funds back to you in whichever manner you paid us, and 50% as a store credit. This is a one-time return policy, meaning you cannot return the item you purchased using the store credit.

Ex. If you buy an Rs.5000/- MP3 program and you decide to return it, you will be refunded Rs.2500/- back to your card, PayPal, etc., and Rs.2500/- will be sent as an email gift certificate for you to use however you wish.

We do not offer refunds if a customer hasn't given the programs a proper chance, any MP3 issues that arise usually happen because of a PC configuration. All MP3s have been tested and are guaranteed to work.

We only issue refunds for functional products. A refund will not be considered until you have successfully downloaded and played the products you have purchased. We will do everything in our power to make certain you have a working product. In the rare event, you are unable to play an mp3, it may be necessary to convert an MP3 order to CD or PD (shipping charges may apply) if you continue to have issues with the files.

If you are still using dial-up internet access, please do not attempt to purchase an mp3.

Return Policy on Custom MP3, CDs, or Hypnosis Services:

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds of any kind as the Custom MP3, CD, or Personal Services, such as Phone Sessions with Dr. Santosh Parab. This is creative process requires time for research, writing, recording, and editing the session.

Return Policy on Script Books:

Due to their sensitive copyright nature, we do not offer returns or exchanges on downloaded or printed script books.

How to Request a Refund:

We do not use RMA forms.

Please send an email through the Contact Us form and be sure to include the SPECIFIC REASON for the return.

We reserve the right to modify this policy as we see fit. Customers who we speculate ABUSING our return policy may lose their right to future returns.
