Your subconscious mind is an incredible power and ally that can help you achieve all your goals, so that you live the life you want and not the life that you don’t want. The Subconscious is something I know a lot about because I’ve used this very power to achieve success in my life and I’ve taught tens of thousands of people how to use their subconscious mind to achieve their goals. So in this newsletter I’m going to explain how you can utilize the Power Of Your Subconscious so that you live the life you want and achieve all your goals.
How Your Subconscious Mind Works
Your Subconscious mind is constantly working for you – and will create any situation you want and desire – if you focus on that want and desire. If you don’t – if you simply focus on the things that you don’t want – then your subconscious mind will create those situations – why because that’s what you focused on.
A terrific example of focusing on what you want – creating that desire and constantly sending the message to the subconscious comes from Bobby Unser, 3-Time Indy 500 Champion and 13-Time winner at Pikes Peak. Unser, recently spoke about the Power of the Subconscious mind and how he had utilized this very power to have a successful racing career. Here’s what he said:
“The subconscious mind is the biggest energy producer and saver of money and effort that there is. It works for free. It will work all night long. When you go to bed, don't think about the bad stuff on the TV news. Go to sleep thinking about something you want to accomplish. Let the subconscious mind work for free. It's energy efficient. When I was 10, I would go to bed dreaming of winning Pikes Peak (a road race in the Colorado Rockies). When I was older, I would go to sleep thinking about the road, turns to the left, turns to the right, which are the fast areas. By the time I was old enough to race, my subconscious mind had worked on it for years. I visualized winning at Pikes Peak, having all the records.”

Interestingly enough Bobby Unser won the race he talks about 13-times!!! His subconscious simply took over and guided him through a race on a track that his subconscious was completely familiar with. Your subconscious mind is constantly working – it regulates your breathing and your heartbeat. You do things automatically because your subconscious has picked up your patterns and habits and allows you to follow through with these smaller tasks. Every day your subconscious mind is working – but are you giving it the right instructions?
Now not all of you want to be race drivers – but I gather you want to be successful and have a rewarding life. Learn to work with your subconscious mind and you will have tremendous success.
Unfortunately most of people don’t know how to work with their subconscious mind – instead of getting their subconscious to work for them – they feed their subconscious negative messages and in the end – they get exactly what they don’t want. Why does this happen? Because your subconscious doesn’t know right from wrong or good from bad. It doesn’t say “Hey this will be bad for you – so let’s not do that.” Your subconscious mind only acts on your instructions – and those instructions come from your mind. You know what is right and wrong. You know what is good or bad for you – so why feed your subconscious mind negative information – when you know you’ll only get a negative result.
Instructing the Subconscious
Too often I hear how people get what they don’t want. For example: they want to meet somebody – but they always meet the wrong kind of person. Why does
this happen? After asking a few questions I discover that they have a limiting belief – it goes something like this: “Relationships are difficult.”
“There are no good men or women.” “I’m not ready for a relationship – I’m too busy.” These beliefs are picked up by their subconscious mind
(the instructions you send) and it simply creates situations that correspond to those beliefs. Your subconscious will only do what you tell it to do –
send the right instructions, change the limiting beliefs that you have and you’ll begin seeing tremendous improvements.
If you want to get your subconscious mind to attract the situations you want – create thoughts that correspond to what you want. This is exactly what Bobby Unser did every night. Are you willing to do the same? Is your life and the quality of your life important enough for you to pay attention to your thoughts so that you send the right messages to your subconscious mind and begin achieving your goals? If you really want to improve the quality of your life and begin living your dreams then get started today. Don’t waste time thinking of why you can’t do things – focus on why you can. Change those beliefs so that you create what you want.
If you want to make more money – don’t come up with excuses for not being able to make more money – if you do – your subconscious mind will only attract situations that correspond to those excuses.
Here’s an example. I have a good friend Dave who always wanted to have his own restaurant. Dave has been in the business for 20-years now but he’s always been working for somebody else. Along the way Dave has met countless people who have gone on to have successful restaurants. Whenever I ask Dave why he doesn’t get his own restaurant he says: “It’s too hard. You need too much money – and I don’t have any money.” My response is: “Yeah – but how did all those other guys do it?” His response: “They got loans – and took a chance. I’m not going to take a loan – forget it – what if it fails – then I’m in debt. That’s not for me.” Do you see how he has limited his success? He’s more focused on failing – and thus avoids it at all costs – instead of focusing on success – which is what his friends did. Dave will never find the right restaurant or get the loan he needs because his subconscious mind will only create barriers every time he tries. Why? Because his subconscious is working according to his beliefs and core thoughts about starting up a restaurant – and thus it will never happen.
When you focus on what you want – you’ll succeed. When you focus on what you don’t want – you’ll succeed at getting what you don’t want. The subconscious doesn’t know the difference – it simply acts on your instructions – and those instructions are your thoughts and beliefs.
Too often I have people calling me up saying: “Karim, I need to turn things around now. I need to get some money and a new job and get married in the next 3 months otherwise I can’t survive.” Guess what? You’re probably going to need more than 3-months. Why?
Because you first have to eliminate all those negative beliefs and that negative thinking pattern that you’ve been carrying for so many years. Now it’s not going to take 20 or 30 years to create the changes. But you have to create new beliefs and you have to get your mind and subconscious mind to accept those beliefs. Bobby Unser started when focusing on what he wanted when he was 10 – only several years later did he achieve his success – but when he did – he just kept on succeeding. His subconscious had been programmed and trained to accept success.
You can do the same – but you have to make a commitment and give it some time. When ever I tell this to those interested in my Creating Power System I get the following response: “Yeah, but why do I have to wait – why can’t my subconscious go out and create what I want right now.” Because you have all those negative thoughts and beliefs.
When you first start focusing on what you want – your new thoughts and beliefs go against those old thoughts and beliefs. Thus you have conflicting messages. When your mind accepts the new thoughts, when it no longer puts up resistance – then your subconscious begins accepting these new beliefs and then the changes happen. When you continue doing this – you create momentum – just like Bobby Unser did. Then when you start succeeding and continue sending the right messages – the success continues and you have an avalanche of success – because your subconscious is now programmed and working towards success.
